- Once you have finished making jack-‘o-lanterns, you should now make a painted pumpkin city to go with it. The good news about this project is that anyone can easily create this pumpkin city. Simply print these house templates and trace with a felt-tip pen. Now cut where the doors and windows are supposed to be and whalaa! You’ve got a pumpkin city. Watch your fingers when cutting!
- Need to put that fireplace to work? Try igniting pumpkins on fire. Print these flame templates and trace along the design. Carefully carve along the lines and place candles inside each one for the finishing touch. Don’t carve too much or your home will heat up!
- Now it’s time to take the fun outside. Set up a Halloween candy station for all trick-or-treaters to experience. Light the way to the candy station by setting up luminaries along the path. Add jack-‘o’-lantern decal to each one to make them scary looking. Give each type of candy a spooky-Halloween themed name to warn trick-or-treaters what they are going to eat.
